Highlights of your role:

• Represent Marvin at retail stores and events
• Engage customers and build interest in our premium window and door solutions
• Generate qualified leads for our in-home sales consultation team
• Set up professional displays that showcase our products

Compensation: Earn $16 – $25+/hour - guaranteed hourly pay of $16/hr plus weekly bonuses for every qualified lead You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• An outgoing, confident personality- and enjoy talking to people! 

• R eliable transportation so you can get to retail locations and events in your area  

• Ability to lift as much as 40 lbs and stay on your feet during shifts .  
  
• Available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
