Managing Partner / Recruiting Manager at Consultative Search Group

A fast-growing medical technology company is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to join their team and report directly to the President.

The company is looking for a Global CFO who will develop, monitor, and evaluate overall corporate strategy, focusing on financial and operational performance and investor relations. The CFO will manage financial operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive and innovative mindset, with a proven track record in raising capital and driving revenue growth. The CFO will work closely with investors to ensure satisfaction and IPO readiness.

This role requires someone hands-on who can dive into financial operations and collaborate with leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities :

The CFO will play a vital role in the company’s growth and success, including:

1. Leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
2. Ensuring compliance of financial statements with accounting standards and communicating with leadership and investors.
3. Coordinating with external financial and legal professionals.
4. Optimizing cash management and forecasting cash flows.
5. Evaluating investments and acquisitions, managing tax planning and compliance.
6. Preparing for IPO or strategic transactions, working with investment banks and financial institutions.
7. Identifying and mitigating financial risks, building and leading a finance team.
8. Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
9. Aligning financial and organizational strategies with leadership, promoting financial accountability.
10. Driving automation and process improvements in finance and operations.

Qualifications

Candidates should have:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
2. At least 10 years in finance and accounting, with 5+ years in leadership.
3. Experience in a fast-growing international company, preferably in tech or healthcare.
4. Proven experience in raising capital and working with investors, IPO readiness.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
