Pay: Salaried plus full benefits package. Hourly range $56 - $90, depending on experience

The Director of Emergency Services will be responsible for the following duties:
- Develop departmental goals and objectives consistent with medical and administrative, legal and ethical requirements of the health care delivery system
- Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, hiring, orienting, evaluating and continuing education initiatives
- Manages resources to support quality patient care, service and patient safety. Supports measurement of nursing intensity/patient acuity to allocate resources appropriately to ensure quality of care and as needed implementation of process improvement initiatives
- Collaborates on development of nursing and operating strategic plans aligning with all overarching strategic plans
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSN required, MSN must at least be in progress
- Minimum 7 years of nursing experience required- to include 5 years in leadership role, 3 of which must be within Critical Care or Emergency services
- BLS & ACLS required upon hire
- Clean and active KS/multistate Registered Nurse license
