Step into Leadership in Food Production!

Location: Romeoville, IL

Are you ready to spearhead a dynamic team in the heart of the food industry? We're seeking a passionate Food Production Shift Supervisor to lead our dedicated workforce on the second shift, from 2pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Your Role

• Ensure Quality & Safety: Uphold our standard for excellence in food safety and quality, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP policies, and eGMP.
• Drive Efficiency: Review, innovate, and lead practices to minimize downtime, optimize production, and align with BRC standards.
• Empower Your Team: Foster growth with training, performance measurement, and exemplary leadership.
• Oversee Operations: Strategize and schedule tasks to meet market demands while managing resources effectively.

Why You?

• 7+ years in food manufacturing, with significant management experience.
• Strong communicator with a knack for team-building and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in production processes and regulatory knowledge is essential.
• Spanish language skills and a college degree would be advantageous.

A Bit About the Environment

The role is based in a busy plant where temperatures fluctuate from cool to very cold environments. Be ready to scale tall tasks, lift 50 pounds occasionally, and keep pace with a lively environment.
